RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not except any returns, all sales are final, but we will happily exchange an item if contacted within 7 business days after receiving an order. please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs on exchanges.


We are not responsible for any loss or damage of package once it has shipped.


PAYMENT

We except payment throught PayPal, all major credit and debit cards. All e-Checks must clear before your order can be processed. E-Checks can take 3-5 business days to clear.

SHIPPING

Most items are pre-order unless specified. Please kindly allow 10-14 business days for pre-orders to be shipped out. Items that are in stock will ship out in 1-2 days.
